PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
We want to be able to provide the strongest possible reassurances to all of our guests that their health, safety and wellbeing are at the top of our priority list and are at the core of all that we do at Platinum Pillows to ensure that your short stay with us is absolutely as safe as it can possibly be. When you make a booking at one of our apartments you can do so with complete trust and confidence in the knowledge that your accommodation will have been cleaned and sanitised, following best practice and conforming to the latest UK government guidelines by our professional housekeeping and cleaning teams.
FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION
In addition to our enhanced cleaning policies and protocols we have also made changes to our cancellation policy to reflect the ever-changing and uncertain travel landscape from 14 Days from your date of check-in/arrival to 3 Days when booking via an On-line Travel Agent (OTA) and 2 Days when booking directly.
SELF CHECK-IN
To ensure there is absolutely minimal contact with our staff and guests, all our properties are operated on a self-check-in basis. Access and entry instructions will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your arrival and then you can access your booked accommodation anytime from 4.00pm on your arrival day.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHENS
To ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible, all our apartments have fully equipped kitchens, so that you can immediately feel at home and not have to worry about heading out to restaurants or shops if you don't feel comfortable doing so. Shopping Supplies and Food Deliveries can be ordered on-line and delivered to the door of the apartment giving you the reassurance of not having to come in to contact or close proximity with other people and being totally self-sufficient.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES
Each of our apartments comes equipped with either a Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer or a Combination Washer/Dryer and also with an Ironing Board and an Iron allowing you to clean and launder your own clothes, linen and towels.
FREE ULTRAFAST WI-FI
All our apartments are served by ultrafast broadband and Wi-Fi giving you total independency if your stay requires you to work or if you are shielding or self-isolating.
NETFLIX
The Smart TV’s in all of our apartments all have access to Netflix and an active Netflix account so that even for entertainment you can stay safely inside the accommodation.
