What can I expect in my serviced apartment?

You will enjoy a comfortable stay in a clean home away from home with TV and high speed Wi-Fi facilities plus a fully-equipped kitchen. Support is also on hand round-the-clock to assist you with anything you need.

How do I book and apartment or rooms to let?

Once you have selected your apartment or room online and can see both the price and that it is available for your chosen dates, please click on the ‘Book Now’ button. This will allow you to input your contact information and credit card details. Please ensure your email address is correct or we will not be able to respond to your booking. Should you have any problems or need further assistance, please contact.

Can I see the apartment before booking?

Yes, please call us on 0845 299 7887 or fill out an enquiry form online and one of our client advisers will be happy to arrange a viewing.

How do I pay for the booking?

You can pay for your serviced apartment or group accommodation using a credit card or debit card.

When will my credit card be charged?

Payment is taken at the time of booking.

How do I amend my booking?

Please email info@platinumpillows.co.uk with details of your original booking, i.e. which property you booked and the dates you requested as well as the changes you would like to make.

What is your cancellation policy?

There is no charge if you cancel the booking more than 14 days in advance. However, for cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice, full price is charged.
